Apostasy!? Apostasy!? We Don't Need No Stinkin' Apostasy!
You hear it everywhere. There will be a great "falling away" in these last days. People will turn away from God and from the Word and the whole world will become apostate. After this great apostasy, then the Antichrist will be unleashed on the world and it's curtains for everyone. Preachers, prophecy teachers, Pastors and End Times novelists are all trumpeting the same warning: People will abandon God and his truth and will turn to idols and false teaching and all manner of lawlessness and sin. But is this true?

Look…The Nephilim Are Here
After my last interview on Coast to Coast radio in June last, a man from Oregon contacted me. He said he had found the Nephilim, or fallen angels, in chapter two of the Book of Daniel. Here Daniel describes four kingdoms. The fourth one is still future and describes the government that will rule on the earth during the seven years of the Great Tribulation as described in the Apocalypse.

Are the Nephilim Giants? I say No.
In my mind, the giants were not important. But the Fallen Angels, the gods of pre-history, were the powerful spirit men, full of fascination and wisdom and magick and supernatural ability, who ruled the earth and caused the sin and violence and bloodshed that precipated the Flood in those ancient times. The giants were probably bungling oafs.

Whistling Past the Graveyard
My own mother, God rest her, used to tell me that according to the prophecies of St. Colmcille, when all the seasons merged into one, then the end would come. Maybe there was a grain of truth in that. For at least in this neck-of-the-woods, it seems we are getting warmer and wetter as the seasons roll from one to the other.
